Third-Party Platform Changes

In the event that HeyGen makes official changes, updates, restrictions, or modifications that affect the operation, compatibility, or functionality of our extension, we shall not be liable for refunds, compensation, or damages resulting from such changes.

Technical Support Commitment

We are committed to providing technical support and resolving issues affecting existing users, provided that the HeyGen platform has not undergone changes that directly impact the extension's functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to address extension-related technical issues within our control.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will only be considered if the customer can demonstrate that the extension is not functioning as described in its advertised features and specifications. To process a refund request, sufficient evidence must be provided, including screenshots, screen recordings, error logs, or other relevant documentation that verifies the issue.

Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted for issues caused by:

• Official updates or changes made by HeyGen.
• Changes to third-party services or APIs.
• User configuration errors, unsupported environments, or misuse of the extension.
• Features or functionality that were clearly disclosed as unavailable or limited.
